RDC has been contracted to co-develop the new ME Miami, located at 1100 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL. RDC’s role as the co-developer and design-builder provides the ownership group with a single source project delivery method, allowing the ownership group to focus on their core business and their strengths relying on RDC to deliver ownerships vision. The scope of the ME Miami Hotel project is to increase the existing 56 room Casa Modern Hotel into the 129 room ME Miami Hotel and including the first ever STK Rebel restaurant.
